It really isn’t, but it’s nice to see that it has things that are just as beautiful and worth a trip as any other state! 🙂

Thanks very much for your comment. North Dakota is not known as a tourist destination, but parts of the state are on a par with anything other states have to offer. It has been fun this summer focusing on day trips from our home.

The closest I’ve ever come to North Dakota is visiting South Dakota, and before seeing your photos I had no real interest in ever visiting there. I had no idea how beautiful it was! I hope someday I can visit it and see these sights for myself, especially the wild horses! They’re my favorite 🙂

❤ and harp strings,
Kate

Have to try to visit this park sometime.

Thanks! Lots of trails to hike in the park. Truth be told, though, we didn’t venture far from the main road through the park.

So far, I have only seen 1/3 of the park. I was at the South Unit. I need to visit the North Unit and the Elkhorn unit. On my list.
