I remember a conversation with Gene regarding scale. Using that scale made it easiest to integrate the operating components, if I recall correctly.

Another thing I am curious about is why Gene and Ernie chose the 11/16 scale. It must have something to do with the availability of things that are hard to make, like maybe the tires. Any info?

Truth is I am not sure, but the 1941 Lincoln has a shorter trunk, I think. I checked the Dwarf Car website briefly, but I couldn’t find a description to be sure.
