In reply to photobyjohnbo.Depending on the weather conditions, the mist rises more or less at the level of and above the falls, which is when I saw it, like a cloud of steam above a power station.

Great capture of the American Falls; there doesn’t seem to be the usual mist obscuring part of the view. Should I brag that I was seeing this mist from my Toronto condo.
