There are many stories of fatalities from trains not being heard and some where there simply was no avenue for escape, e.g. on a trestle or some such.

That’s insane, trains are really effin’ loud, that’s amazing people get hit by trains taking pics.

Same for shots on Railroad Tracks. So many photographers have lost their lives by putting themselves on a train track without someone on lookout.
