Last week we were hoping to leave Fargo in time to miss the winter storm that was forecast. When we got a notice that the airline was offering a no-fee schedule change. Given that we may or may not have been able to get home, we opted to stay in Fargo until the storm subsided. The snow was heavy on Saturday night, but no wind, so it was not that big a problem. There was enough, though, that our snow removal company came late Saturday night and cleared the driveway.
About the photo: This photo was taken on Sunday morning. The wind is blowing and snow is coming off and on. Our two blue spruce trees are getting loaded with snow. The tree on the right looks sparse on the top because this summer a strong wind blew down one of its major branches. Hopefully over the next few years, it will grow out again and fill out the top. Captured with my Samsung S7 cell phone, the photo was edited in Lightroom and Luminar 4. The rule for Cellpic Sunday is simple, the image must be captured on a mobile device.

Beautifully captured! Like a post card. 🙂
Thank you! It is hard to take a bad picture of snow. 😀
