Fargo, North Dakota.
This week, due to some tree trimming going on in our neighborhood, we found the City of Fargo using their wood chipper to get rid of the piles of dead wood. I am reminded of the starring role for a wood chipper in the movie “Fargo.”
About the photo: The backlight from the sun is shielded by the shade trees. The usual rule is to avoid shooting into the sun, but careful camera placement can reduce the harsh effects of the sun and provide an unusual image. Applying a filter to the image on my iPad resulted in the apparent radiance of the red and orange equipment. The image was captured on a Samsung S7. The rule for Cellpic Sunday is simple. The image must be captured and edited on a mobile device.

Ah ha! The reputation of the Fargo wood chipper, precedes itself! Philly has cheese steaks & pretzels, Chicago has deep dish pies, and Vienna beef, Fargo has lefse and a wood chipper.
