After our holiday celebration in Fargo, we drove back to Buckeye, arriving there on Boxing Day (26 December). As we approached Flagstaff, the amount of snow on the ground increased proportionately. Leaving Flagstaff, the snow depth decreased as we descended the high country.
At a scenic overlook south of Flagstaff, we got a sweeping view of Arizona’s high country. Several people were enjoying the view and throwing snowballs around.

What a beautiful pic! It’s been so cold here that snowballs would’ve been quite impossible until today.
You can always hop on a plane to Arizona!! 😎
