Cellpic Sunday – 29 August 2021

It was 2017. One of those things to do in Fargo every year is the Fargo Street Fair, three hot July days (typically hot, anyway), where vendors from all over the region come to sell their arts and crafts. It is also one of those days where junk food has zero calories, and one can choose the fry bread or the funnel cakes and feel only slightly guilty.

On the way to the fair booths on Broadway, I was presented with a maze. Fortunately, being a college graduate, I applied my geometry skills and safely navigated the maze in only a single try. Yay me!

About the photo: I was looking through the Flickr auto archives and came across this bit of construction work. It was July 14, 2017 when I came upon the blocked sidewalk with this prefabricated walkway directing people around the construction. Flickr told me that the camera I used is the Samsung S7 that I was carrying at the time. The snapshot was downloaded from Flickr and tweaked in Lightroom.

Click on the image to view it in 2K HD and check out the metadata on my Flickr site.

I encourage fellow bloggers to create their own Cellpic Sunday posts. I never have a specific topic for this feature, and the only rules are that the photo must be captured with a cell phone, iPad, or another mobile device… If you have an image from a drone, that’s acceptable as well. The second rule is to link your challenge response to this post or leave a comment here with a link to your post in the comment.

  1. I didn’t know that junk food could have zero calories, I must be naive there 🙂 Same problem this weekend when travelling in Belgium, chocolate didn’t trigger any guilt there.
